Lido makes some friends near the Bouncety Bounce play area.

Coach Askew talks basketball with one of the attendees at Polishfest.

Marvin Phillips, with the
KA before the
BOOM!

The final steps of a turnover - a fast break - and just before a game-changing two-point layup. That's Kareem Reid for ya.

Bring on the Tournament!!!

You know that old cliche, "he put the team on his back and carried them to a victory" ... I don't think the plan was to carry THE OTHER TEAM on your back... Get off of Deng Gai, man! What do you think you are, a backpack?

"It's real simple. You take the two laces like this, twist them together like so ... oh wait, your shoes have those Velcro strips on them... Okay, forget I said anything."

Although Ronald Ross finished the night with 37 points, he only scored two points in the fourth quarter - the final two points of the game, which sent Albany and Dodge City to overtime, and Albany to an OT victory.

Watch this, son. Nothing in Cory Hightower's sleeve... nothing in his hat... nothing in his hands, because while you're staring at him, he just shot a jumper over you and helped Albany win the game.

Marvin Phillips celebrates after Albany's hard-fought victory over the Legend of Dodge City. Does that make Albany legend-killers? Maybe we should consult with Randy Orton on that one...
